Welcome to 234k. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "You") and 234k (the "Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 234k online gaming platform, including all games, services, and features offered through the website located at https://234k.cam and any associated mobile applications.

1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account with 234k, you must complete the registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You agree to update your information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Immediately notify 234k if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access, including using updated antivirus software and secure internet connections.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. 234k shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account with 234k. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal details, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

4.4 KYC Verification

234k is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)

• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. 234k does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by our security team. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 3 minutes for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional security review and take up to 24-48 hours. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least one time before withdrawal eligibility (this requirement helps prevent money laundering). Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Any bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, balance confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or manipulate outcomes
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage (particularly in poker or competitive games)
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including using stolen payment methods, conducting chargebacks, or providing false documentation
• Money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds for illegal purposes

10. Account Closure and Termination
